NEW!!! Pole Mapping Kits (also the longest selfie pole EVER!)

In the spirit of Aerial Photography April, we are launching a brand new kit to add to our suite of mapping tools, the Public Lab Pole Mapping Kit. These poles are 100% carbon fiber. Fully assembled this pole puts your camera 30 ft (about 9m). Collapsed they are just over 5ft and weigh less than 2lbs, making them a great option for limited space and travel.

They come in 8 stacking sections and are manufactured as the Ron Thompson Carp Gangster. This is the first time a "put over" (non-telescopic) pole is available in the U.S. Get yours through the Public Lab Store. We have also researched and developed a method for attaching your camera. Each kit comes with:

     1 -Public Lab Mapping Pole

     1 -Mounting I beam clamp

1 -ball joint tripod mount and supporting hardware.

Additionally, we are offering an optional upgrade which contains three addtional clamp sizes for mounting heavier cameras.
